To the lovely staff working, just because someone doesn't come in speaking French, doesn't mean they don't understand when you're talking smack about them... When they're still standing right in front of you. I fully respect that Canada is a dual language country, but if I feel like I'd be butchering your language I will speak my native tongue. 1/5 stars for lack of tact and respect.
